Nepotism is a biased selection process that favors friends and family and serves as a curatorial orientation for the loose and ad hoc selection for this exhibition. the participants in this show include art students from various classes including ferdinand schmatz, heimo zobernig, daniel richter, hans scheirl and rainer ganahl, alongside some living and dead artists from vienna.Organized around friends and extended “family”, hence a soft form of nepotism, reinforces our idea of creating a heterogeniuous exchange that results in fun and friendship as well as social and intellectual capital. we all learn and profit.
